- Officers in the level of Assistant Directors and above belonging to the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
- Officers relating to Department of IT, SeMT, State IT Nodal Agencies, NIC and the Officers involved in Local Self-Governance System of States, Districts, Blocks levels.
Objective(s):
- Key Objectives of the Workshop
- To create a platform among the participants that citizen must connect with Governance System through effective use of ICT tools at the Grassroots Levels and e-Panchayat is the interface between rural citizens and the Government
- To know the Innovative/Best Practices on e-Panchayats implemented in different States and how to replicate such practices in the other States in India.
- To share the Innovative/Best Practices with each other and to learn from each other’s experience for an effective and efficient local self-governance system.

- Automation of internal workflow processes of Panchayats
- Improving delivery of services to citizens
- Capacity building of Panchayat Representatives and Officials
- Social Audit
