- Key Objectives of the Workshop
- To create a platform among the participants that citizen must connect with Governance System through effective use of available ICT tools in various departments.
- To know the Innovative/Best Practices on e-Office implemented in different States and how to replicate such practices in the other States in India.
- To share the Innovative/Best Practices with each other and to learn from each other’s experience for an effective and efficient local self-governance system.
- Key objectives of e-Office MMP:
- To improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of government responses.
- To reduce turnaround time and to meet the demands of the citizens charter.
- To provide for effective resource management to improve the quality of administration.
- To reduce processing delays.
- To establish transparency and accountability.
