- Officials from the department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies
- Officials e-Governance Implementing agency
- Level of Officers: Assistant Directors and above
- Years to Superannuation/Retirement: At least three years remaining
- Part Experience in IT related activities
Objective(s):
- To Sensitize the states on best/innovative practices under Public Distribution Scheme
- To disseminate knowledge on development made in “Supply Chain Management”, “Allocation & Ulitization Reporting”, “Storage and Movement of Food Grains”, “Grievance Redressal and Transparency in portal”, “Digitization of beneficiary database”, “Fair Price Shop Automation” etc.
- To understand various bottlenecks of PDS implementation such as leakage & diversion, inclusion/exclusion errors, fake & bogus ration cards & challenges in end-to-end monitoring and sensitize the participants on solutions attempted to solve the above mentioned issues.
